Welling, Democratic candidate for congress from tho first . district, paid a visit to the voters of Croydon. From there they proceeded to Devil's Slide, where they addressed enthusiastic gatherings. Last night both addressed an enthusiastic en-thusiastic crowd In Morgan. Mr. Dobbs said the mere mention of President Presi-dent Wilson's name was the signal for applause.
