Show oo CHARGES AGAINST F, C. WALKER FAIL The case of the City vs. F. C. Walker Walk-er was dismissed this morning by Municipal Mu-nicipal Judge G. S. Barker. Walker was charged with selling liquor on September 28 to Clyde Reed and Clyde Walker, minors. When tho trial was called, the witnesses for tho prosecution pros-ecution failed to appear In court. Attorney At-torney A. E. Pratt, counsel for the defense, movod the dismissal of tho charge against his client and, not being be-ing opposed by the prosecuting attorney, attor-ney, was granted. Willlah Dykoraan, Tom Hoggan, Emanuel Anderson, Emll Anderson. John Doc Jones and J. Riley, alleged drunks, each forfeited $5 ball. Jess Rose was found guilty of drunkenness and sentenced to sorvo five days In jail or to pay a ?5 fine. .no |
