Show NOTICE OF SPECIAL TAX AND DELINQUENCY OF THE SAME. To Whom It May Concern. Under Authority of Section 278 of the Compiled Laws of Utah, 1907, and as directed by Section 1056 of the Revised Ordinances of Ogden City, 1915. Tho undersigned Treasurer of Ogden City. Utah, hereby glveg notice no-tice that a Special Tax for thepur-pose thepur-pose of building concrete Sidewalks In Sidewalk District No. 142, In Og-gen Og-gen City. Utah, has been levied and confirmed by an Ordinance of the Board of Commissioners of Ogden City, Utah, Adopted and passed September Sep-tember 11, 1916, and publfshed September Sep-tember 13, 1916. Said Special Tax Is levied upon all property abutting on the following Streets to-wit; all that part of Jefferson. Jef-ferson. Avenue )mty sides from Twelfth to Fourteenth Streets, the north side of Thirteenth Street from the East side of Henniger Avenue to the west side of Jefferson Avenue, and the south side of Thirteenth Street from the west side of Honni-ger Honni-ger Avenue to the west side of Jefferson Jef-ferson Avenue, and to a depth of 50 feet back therefrom, and which is further described as follows; on part of the Northwest Quarter of Section 21, Township 6 North, Range 1 West, Salt Lake Base and Meridian, United States Survey. Said Tax is payable in Five Installments. Install-ments. Tho first Installment becomes delinquent de-linquent on the 2nd day of November, 1916. The second installment becomes delinquent de-linquent on tho 13th day of September, Septem-ber, 1917. Tho third installment becomes delinquent de-linquent on the 13th day of September. Septem-ber. 1918. Tho fourth installment becomes delinquent de-linquent on tho 13th day of September, Septem-ber, 1919. The fifth Installment becomes delinquent de-linquent on the 13th day of September, Septem-ber, 1920. Each of said installments except tho : first draws interest at tho rato of : 6 per cent per anuum. from tho 13th : day of September, 1916, until delln- : quent, and if said tax or any install- : ment thereof shall be unpaid after the ; delinquency thereof, interest thereon i thoroaftor will bo eight per cent per annum until such assessments are ful- i ly paid.
