Show NOTICE OF SPECIAL TAX AND DE-LINQUENCY DE-LINQUENCY OF THE SAME, To Whom It May Concern. Under authority of Section 278 of the Compiled Laws of Utah, 1907. and as dlrectod by Section 1056 of tho Revised Ordinances ot Ogden City, Utah, 1915. Tho undersigned Treasurer of Ogden Og-den City, Utah, hereby gives Notice that a Special Tax for the purpose of constructing Concrete Curbs and Gutters, Gut-ters, in Curb and Gutter District No. 120, In Ogden City, Utah, has been levied and confirmed by an Ordinance of tho Board of Commissioners of Ogden Og-den City, Utah, adopted and passed September 11, 1916, and published Soptejnbor 12, 1916. Said Special Tax is levied upon all the property abutting abut-ting on the following Street, tc-wlt: All that part of Twenty-sixth Street on both sides between Madison Avenue Ave-nue and Monroe Avenue, and to a depth of 50 feet back thorofrom, and which is further described aa follows to-wit: On part of Lots 1, 2, 3, 4 and 5, Block 6 and Lots 6 and 7 Block 3, all in Plat "B" Ogdon City, Utah. Said Tax is payable in five installments. install-ments. The first installment becomes delinquent de-linquent on tho 1st day of November, 191C.
