SHERIFF'S SALE. Badger Coal & Lumber company, a corporation, Plaintiff vs. N. C. Olsen, Marie Olsen and T. P. Tern', Defendants, Defend-ants, ss. To be sold at Sheriff's Sale on the 13th day of September, 1916, at 12 o'clock noon of said day, at the South Front door of the Weber county couct house, in Ogden City, Weber County Utah the following described property, prop-erty, to-wit: A part of the Southeast Quarter of Sectldn 17, in Township 6, North of Range 1 West, Salt Lake Meridian, Merid-ian, U. S. Survey, particularly described de-scribed as follows, to-wit: Beginning at a point 1230 feet west and 425.5 feet north of the southeast corner of said quarter section, and running thence north 122 feet more or less, to what would be the south line of 8th street if projected, thence west 42 feet, thence south 122 feet, more or less to a point west of beginning, thence east to beginning, situated in Weber county, Utah.
