Show ACCUSED MAN HELD TO DISTRICT COURT Salt Lake, Sept. 2. Dr. T. W. Tit-tenlngton Tit-tenlngton was bound over to stand trial In the district court at the conclusion con-clusion yestorday afternoon of a hear-j ing before Precinct Justice L. R. Mar-tlneau, Mar-tlneau, Jr., on a charge of having committed com-mitted a statutory offense against Dolores Do-lores Livingston. Because of the fact that the young woman was unable to hear or speak It was necessary during tho hearing to permit her to answer in writing all questions asked by the attorneys during dur-ing the progress of the hearing. According Ac-cording to the evidence brought out, Titterington Is alleged to have committed com-mitted the offense when the young woman was his patient on August 16. Titterington was held in $3500 hall, In default of which ho was given Into the cuBtodytof the sheriff. |
