Grace Baugh has filed a complaint in the district court, asking for a legal le-gal order of separate maintenance from her husband, Richard H. Baugh. The complaint states that the Oregon Ore-gon Short Line railroad owes the defendant de-fendant 2,000 by reason of a certain judgment rendered against that corporation cor-poration a few months ago. Mrs. Baugh asks that half of that amount be awarded to her as her personal property, and that the railroad company com-pany be restrained from paying any of the said sum to the defendant until further orders from the court. She asks for $30.00 per month as living expenses. The Baughs were married in Boise, Idaho, in 1906. Effle M. Campbell, et al, have filed an answer to the complaint of Reuben Reu-ben J. Middleton, et al, concerning a dispute over some real estate. In the answer it is contended that the property prop-erty in question was legally deeded to the defendants by Charles Middle-ton, Middle-ton, deceased. oo |
