Show FRENCH EXCHANGE AT LOW POINT New York, April 6. The Increased weakness of exchange between New York and Paris was the cause of much comment In banking circles today. Francs on demand were quoted at 59.5 and cables at 59.8 1-2, the weakest since September 1, 1915, when demand de-mand bills sold at 63 and sables at 65.
