Show oo SUNKBYTORPEDO London, April 11 5-30 a. m A Reu-ter Reu-ter dispatch says that four of the crow , of the Spanish steamer Santanderino which is suspected to have been sunk by a torpedo, were drowned and that the remainder have been landed at i Saint Jean de Luz. A dispatch from Biazarte yesterday said that a Danish steamship had landed 35 survivors from the Santanderino, Santan-derino, several of them women at the French promontory of Socoa, near Saint de Luz and added that four of! the passengers, all Spaniards, had been drowned. I The Santanderino was a vessel ofj 954 tons and had been trading between be-tween Liverpool and United States ports. |
