Peterson, his wife; Max Daniels and State Bank of Oasis, a corporation, Defendants, as To be sold at Sheriff's Sala-on.tbe ISth day of February, 1916, at 12 o'clock noon of said day, at the South Front Door of the Weber County Court House, In Ogden City, Weber County, Utah, the following described property, to-wit: Situated In Ogden City, Weber County, Utah. A part of Lot 8, Block 1, Ogden Five Acre Plat "A" of Ogden Og-den City Survey: Beginning at a point 13 rods and 8 feet North of the South East corner of said lot, and running thence North 25 feet, thence West 8 rods, thence South 25 feet, thence East 8 rods to the place of beginning. be-ginning. Together with a right of way for all purposes of ingress and egress -for pedestrians over the following described de-scribed tract of land, to-wit: Beginning at a point 11 1-2 ro'ds and 29 feet North of the Southeast corner of said Lot 8, and running thence North 3 feet 9 Inches, thence West 8 rods, thence South 3 feet 9 Inches, thenco East 8 rods to the place of beginning.
