Show - - - uvi STORM AGAIN STOPS THROUGH TRAIN SERVICE Snow fell last night to a depth of about two inches and in places In Ogden Og-den canyon the new snow this morning morn-ing was from six to eight Inches deep. By using the snow plows and about 25 workmen with shovels, the Huntsville Hunts-ville car has been kept running through the canyon, practically on schedule time. In the city, the lines have been kept open by means of snow sweepers sweep-ers and the service has been about normal. Train No. 1 did not succeed In getting get-ting over the divide on the interurban line betweeu Dewey and Wellsville this morning, and all cars have been turned back from Dewey. It has been snowing on the divide most of tho day and a heavy wind prevailed during dur-ing the forenoon. Parties coming down from Cache valley on tho Oregon Ore-gon Short Line this morning said the wind was terrific at Colhnston. which is in the vicinity of Dewey, and that snow was drifting. The train they were riding on was about two hours late arriving at Ogden. |
