Show Deaths and Funerals PARDINl Mrs. Josephine Pardinl died yesterday morning at 5 o'clock, ot tho Deo hospital. She was 38 years of age and was tho "wife of Adolph Pardinl of Uintah. Tho body was removed re-moved to tho Klrkendall mortuary pending funeral arrangements. PETERSON The funeral of Mrs. Elda Peterson was held In tho Third ward meeting house yesterday afternoon, after-noon, with Bishop William Walker presiding. The speakers wore Bishop Emmanuel Bachman, John Hill, Ellas S. King and Bishop Walker. The Misses Barton and Stokes sang "Rock j of Ages"; Robert Greonwell sang 'The Rosary"; Elsie Shorton sang "Soma Sweet Day"; LeRoy Lelshman. sang "Sometime, Somewhere," and Mrs. B. Stratford sang "Sometime We'll Understand." The service was largely attended and there were many beautiful floral offerings. Interment was In the city cemetery- CHESROWA Mrs. Anna Chesrowa, wife of George R, Chesrowa, died yesterday yes-terday morning at 12:30 o'clock, at the residence of her sister, Mrs. Lizzie Liz-zie Weaver, 1871 Park avenue. The cause of death was valvular diseaBO of the heart, Mrs. Chesrowa had been visiting at the Weaver home, since Christmas, her own home being in Salt Lake City. She was born In Ogden, October 17, 1883, the daughter of William and Caroline Hodgin White, and was married November 17, 1908. She was a member of the Mormon Mor-mon church and was an active worker work-er in the Eighth ward, Salt Lake City. Her husband, mother and the following follow-ing brothers and sisters survive: Mrs. Eliza Thompson, Mrs. Harriet Minor, Mrs. Alice' Emerson, Mrs. Lizzie Weaver and James White of Ogden, and William White of Los Angeles. The funeral announcements will be made later. QUIGLEY Funeral services for Pat Quigley will be held In the Larkin chapel, Tuesday at 10-30 a, m., Reverend Rev-erend Father C. M. Cushnahan presiding. pre-siding. Remains may be viewed from 9 a. m. to time of services. Interment Ogden City cemetery. FOULGER Lawrence W., eight months' old son of Joseph B. and Bertha Clark Foulger died at 7 a. m, today at the family home, 2227 Qulncy avenue. The babe had ben ill of pneumonia pneu-monia one week. The baby was taken tak-en to Larkin's chapel to be prepared for burial. Funeral services will be conducted by Bishop O. M. Sanderson at the home of the grandfather, Fred Foulger, 738 Twenty-fourth street Wilson Mrs. Helen Vllato Wilson died at her home In Eden this morn-lug morn-lug at 10:20 of valvular disease of the heart. Had been 111 since New Year. She was born in Salt Lake, November 24, 1852. WARD Charles M, Ward, aged 55 years, died at the home of his daughter, daugh-ter, Mrs. a H. Cole, 2427 Grant avenue ave-nue at 8 o'clock this morning. Remains Re-mains were taken to Kirkendall's mortuary pending funeral arrangements. arrange-ments. ADAMS Ross Adams, 2330 Adams avenue, a prominent man of Ogden, died at tho Deo hospital last night at 11 o'clock, lie had been ill since the first of tho year. Mr. Adams was a member of the local Eagles' lodge which will have charge of tho funeral services to be seld at the family home tomorrow at 2 p. m. Besides his wlfo, one son, R. E. Adams and one daughter, daugh-ter, Mildred Adams, survive. CHESROWN Funeral for Mrs. Anna Chesrowp, wife of George R, Chesrown, will be held at 2 p. m. tomorrow to-morrow in the Second ward. Body may be viewed at the residence, 2871 Park avenue this evening and until tlmo of funeral tomorrow. Interment Ogden City cemetery. |
