Show oo DIVORCE CASES BEFORE SECOND DISTRICT COORT In the district court, Etta M. Ern-slrom Ern-slrom has been granted an interlocutory interlocu-tory decree of divorce from Henry S. Ernstrom on ex-parte testimony The decree provides that the plaintiff shall have the care and custody of the minor min-or children and that the defendant shall pay costs of suit and attorney fees, and $25 a month alimony. The defendant did not appear in court An interlocutory decree ol divorce has also been given the plaintiff in the case of Iowa BIrchfield against Robert Rob-ert Birchfleld on default of the defendant de-fendant Mrs. Birchfield will have her maiden name, Iowa Woodland, restored, restor-ed, and the defendant will be required to pay costs of suit and attorney fees, together with $15 a month alimony. Default of the defendant in the divorce di-vorce case of A. E. Wilfong against Burnetta Wilfong has been entered. Carl C. Rasmussen has commenced divorce proceedings against Nellie Rasmussen, on the grounds of cruelty. They were married December 15, 1900, and that they have a minor child. Mr. Rasmussen avers that since 1908 the defendant has accused him of spending his money with "lady friends" and that she has made the accusation in the presence of others. The plaintiff also charges that his wife has continually found fault with him and used harsh language, claiming claim-ing also that she would talk to him until late hours at night on his shortcomings, short-comings, which made it impossible 'for him to get the sleep and rest he needed. need-ed. She would not join him in the making of certain conveyances which were necessary in the prosecution of his real estate business Mr. Rasmussen states that the court may make such -disposition of the community property, in amount approximating ap-proximating $2,500, as It may deem proper. |
