MILWAUKEE BANTAM MAY BE CHAMPION New York, Nov 13 Johnny Ertle, the Milwaukee bantamweight, may be billed as champion of the world to his heart's content so far as any interference in-terference by the State Athletic board is concerned. Tho ruling body of boxing in this state has declared that it would not indorse his championship champion-ship claims as requested by the Cler-jnont Cler-jnont A. C of Brooklyn, which is advertising ad-vertising him as champion, but that it was not in its power to prevent him from being- so advertised. Ertle's manager declared that the Wisconsin State Athletic Commission had formally declared Ertle champion. champi-on. Commissioners Weuck and Dixon Dix-on preferred not to go on record either ei-ther for or against Ertle' championship champion-ship claims.
