Show PARROTT BROTHERS BRING ACTION FOR i EXTRA WORK In tho district court, the Parrott Brothers company of Salt Lake has commenced suit ngalnst Ogden City to recover $1,775.78 for alleged extra work orders and breach of agreement ' The plaintiff avers that in tho early part of 1914, It undertook to fill a paving contract formerly entered en-tered into between Ogden City, and the A. A. Clark company of Salt Lake, and that it performed its part of the contract, but that the city made extra ex-tra work orders and failed to have done certain work that should have been done under the terms of the contract, to the company's loss In the amount prayed for. The, paving was done on Lincoln avenue, between Twenty-sixth and Thirtieth streets. To recover $103.75, alleged to be due for certain goods and wares, the San Juan Fishing & Packing company com-pany has commenced suit in the district dis-trict court against the Cragun Brothers. Broth-ers. Tho alleged transactions on which the suit Is based, occurred from October 1, 1914, to March 1, 1915. |
