FLIRT PROOF JURY HAS DISAGREED Chicago Nov 20. A "flirt proof" jury, which tried Louis J Weigle on a charge of annoying Miss Mary Mc-Kinney Mc-Kinney on a suburban train, disagreed aud was discharged today A new hearing was set for December 14. Unusual attention was called to the case because women's organizations insisted that Miss McKlnney prosecute prose-cute Weigle, a wealthy stock broker. Before being permitted to bit on the jury, each prospective juror was required re-quired to swear that he had never flirted.
