There was dismissal of the charge airalnst George Grazls. who was ac used of having committed an assault with a deadly weapon, the testimony establishing the fact that the gun held by defendant was accidentally discharged. David L. Jackson, charged wltn failure to provide for his family was held to the district court in 500 bail Carl Herman Haselshwerdt, the butcher, who is charged with having committed an assault upon Peter Bo land, with intent to commit murdei , was bound over to the district court, the amount of the bond to be fixed later. |
