Five Democrtli, Metsrt, Campbell of Montana, Naplicn of Massschtitatta, Bcudder of New York, Hlbley of Penn aylvaula and Thayer of Massachusetts, one Sllvcrltc, Mr. Newlandsof Nevada, voted with the Hepublicaut for the resolution, and two Republicans, Mr. Loud of California, and Mr. McCall of Massachusetts, with the Democrats.
