Judge Reeder allowed him to go with a five day suspended sentence. John Hor rlgan, the other vag, had his case continued until tomorrow morning R M Rogers and L. M. Richards, plain drunks, were given flve-da suspended sentences and the case of D. Rodlguez was continued until tomorrow, to-morrow, to give him time to sober up. James Sandel and W. Reed, both beads of families, underwent a scorching lecture from the judge as to their paternal duties.
