Show GOLD WATCH AS SHOOTING TROPHY Lieutenant Clayton Coolldge the well known local representative ol the Remington Arms company, has offered of-fered a gold watch, Waltham movement, move-ment, as a trophy to be contested for by members of the Ogden Rifle and Revolver club between the dates of December I6tb, 191?. and March 15, 1314. The following conditions will apply to the contests: The solid gold watch, with the winner's monogram engraved there-en. there-en. Is to become his property on March 15. 1914, under the following conditions: The time for the match is to be Horn December 15, 1913 until March 15, 1914, Inclusive Eligibility. Open to members of the Ogden Rifle and Revolver club in good standing including any now members v.ho may join at any time up to December 15, 1913. Manufacturer's Manufact-urer's agents are barred. The distance 16 to be seventy-five fcc-L The position Is to be standing free from any artificial support for body or rifle, excepting the sling which mav be used as authorized in the T nlted Stntes Small-Arms Firing Manual The target is to be the X. R. A. gallery target. (1 to 10) count The targets are to be furnished by the donor. No entrance fee will be charged, but a charge of ten cents will be made for each and every target registered reg-istered These monies will go into the club treasury and are to be used foi the promotion of rifle practice Registration is to be made with the donor of the trophy and an accounting account-ing and report rendered by him once a month as to the standing of the competitors, and the monies turned over to the treasurer at that time. Each registered target must be dated and signed by at least two witnesses, members of the club in good standing v.ho will certifv that they have wlt-i wlt-i ssed the shooting and that all con '.:'ons were complied with.
