Show .1 NOTICE OF INTENTION f Notice is hereby given by tho Board of Commissioners of Ogden I City, Utah, of tho intention of said r Board to make the following described describ-ed improvements, to, wit: To create Hudson Avenue from the south side of 23rd Street to the" north side of 24th Street as a paving district, dis-trict, and to pave therejn with 1 1-2 Inch asphalt wearing surface and 1 12 inch asphalt binder course on a sbc-lnch, concrote base; together with ' the necessary grading thereof, and 3 to defray the whole of the cost there- of, estimated at $6000, by a local as-I as-I sessraent upon the lots and pieces '! of ground lying and being within the ;f following district, being the district ;! to be affected and benefited by said '! improvements vl: If All the land lying between the out- er boundary Jines of said Avenue and a- line drawn 50-feet outward from and parallel to the said outer boundary bound-ary lines, being part of Lots 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9 and 10, Block 32, Plat "A." Ogden City Survey. All protests and objections to 'the carrying out of such intention must be presented in writing to the City Recorder on or before the 27th day of March 1914, at 10 o'clock a. in., that being the time set by said Board of Commissioners when they will hear and consider such objections as may be made thereto, at the Mayor's office, at the Glty Hall, Ogden Citv, Utah.
