Show JUDGE DECIDES AGAINST WOMAN Charleston, Yv Va., March 7. Judge B. B. Dyer, In circuit court here today, to-day, directed the jury to bring in a verdict for the Chesapeake & Ohio Railroad company, defendant in the action of Mrs. Anna 1-iali, who sued to recover $25,000 damages, alleged to have been sustained when she was shot during the miners' strike last year. Judge Dyer, after hearing testimony, tes-timony, decided tho plaintiff had not made out a case, and told the Jury that If it found otherwise it would be necessary for him to sot asldo thq finding. Mrs. Hall alleged she had been shot in both legs from the armored train YMm which pass'ed up the Paint Creek tl branch of the Chesapeake & Ohio IMU railroad the night of February 7, 191iJ.
