Show GIRL FALLS AND DEATH SOON ! FOLLOWS After an illness of only a few davs Miss Beatrice Smith, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Joseph Smith of Huntsville, died this morning at I 48 o clock at the home of her sister, I Mrs. V B Ogletree. 546 Twenty-eighth Twenty-eighth street, of concustiou of the i brain Lasl Saturday the young woman accidentally ac-cidentally fell from a couch, striking ber head against a stove, since which time until her death she complained of severe pains in the head A diagnosis diag-nosis did not disclose a fracture aud jit was thought that the ailment was nothing more than a cold which had settled in her bead She continued her work in the high school until Tuesday, when she was confined to her bed. at whicb time it was decided that she was suffering of brain concussion. con-cussion. However, she was not be-lieed be-lieed to bo in a serious condition After intense suffering the end came this morning. Miss Smith s mother, mo-ther, and other relathes being at her bedside. The father returned to Huntsville Hunts-ville yesterday, assured that his daughter was improving. Miss Smith was born at Huntsville November 19, 1895, and had lived there all her life She was a popular student of the high school In this city and had many friends in Ogden and her home town who will greatly mourn her untimely death. She is survived by her parents, seven sev-en sisters and two brothers arrangements for the funeral will be made at a later date. |
