Show TEN COATS ARE STOLEN FROM j YOUNG MEN I ' 4 Two bold thieves picked a rich field for operating when they went to the Ogden High school last evening while a dance was in progress and carried away six overcoats and a sweater coat worth more than $150. Although sev eral people saw the thieves at work, JH the men were so bold that they did if not arouse suspicion as to their real . f mission. 1 J B. Wall, Ed Badder, Chris Hansen, Han-sen, Howard Williams and Sidney Watson bad the misfortune to be the owners of the coats picked out by tho uninvited guests and as a result walked walk-ed home cold and angry. The coats were hung in the main hall on the lower floor, while the dance hall Is on the second floor. Throughout the evening there were people In the lower low-er hall, and the burglars were bold and clever enough to take their booty with several people near them. It Is thought that their method of operating was to come Into the hall, put on a coat and -walk out, returning later to get another in the same manner. The matter was reported to the po- . lice and descriptions of the coats have been sent out to dealers In secondhand second-hand goods. The officers have a fairly good de- ; scriptlon of the thieves, secured from young men at the dnnce and the Btreet car conductor, who remembers two passengers who got off the car at the High school. The description given by the conductor and that given by the boys are the same At the last Classicum dance two overcoats "were taken, valued at $60 One of them, owned by C. E.
