Show DINNER TO BE GIVEN HE POOS Captain W H. Knapp and members of tho Salvation Army are working 'hard, arranging for the Christmas dinner din-ner to be given to the poor at their hall on Twenty-fifth street. The Army expects to feed 300 people peo-ple and to do this In the quarters calls for clever management. Three tables will extend the length of tho hall and the guests will be served by a force of waitresses. The captain states that he is still in need of a fow assistants to aid in feeding the crowd. He is also trying to secure musicians who will furnish music during the turkey dinner |
