Tho Standard Stand-ard does not publish any communications communica-tions outside of the Woman's department depart-ment unless the FULL name Is given. Iu the Woman's department ONLY will the Standard publish articles under un-der assumed nameB and Initials, but only on condition that the full name and address accompanies oach com munlcatlon.
