Show jj ACADEMY TO RECEIVE A FLAG Impressive exercises will bo held at the Weber Academy auditorium tomorrow afternoon at 'l IB o'clock, tho occasion being the presentation to the students of a silk flag of tho United States by mombers of tho Third Iowa Beglment of the Grand Army of the Republic in Utah. Tho presentation speech will bo by Adjutant E. Tatlock of tho Oliver 0 Howard Post No. 7, Utah department, depart-ment, who was a member of tho old regiment, and Mrs. H. E. Cain, a daughter of a member of that regiment, regi-ment, will bo prosent and take part in tho ceremony The mombers of tho Dlx-Logan Post of this city will bo guests of honor and will be given places on thep rogram. The following program has been arranged ar-ranged for tho occasion: Selection bv the band, by Webor Academy. Invocation. Song, "The Flag Without a Stain," Miss Elsie Shorten. Address of Velcomo by W. W. Henderson. Third Iowa Vcternas and Events of May 3rd. Selection by the band. "The Flag." Reading by Miss, Ivy Cleghorn. Piano solo, patriotic seceltlon by Mlss Jean Benzie.
