Mr. Lochhead was with Mr. Jensen In his automobile on tho fateful day and thoy drove toward tho Utah Hot Springs At a point near Pleasant View tho automobllo turned turtle In the road, falling on Mr. Lochhead and killing him almost Instantly In tho estate of Mary A. Chlnn, deceased, de-ceased, tho executor, E. F. Bratz, has petitioned tho district court for his discharge.
