Show ASKING FOR MAIDEN , NAJE . In the district court Kolllc E. Teach-man Teach-man has commenced divorce proceedings proceed-ings against Albert L. Teachman on the grounds of failure to provide In her potltlon Mrs. Teachman says that she married the defendant In Ogden Og-den March 29, 1910, but that for tho past two years Mr. Teachman has failed to provide for her Mrs. Teach-inan's Teach-inan's maiden name waB Nellie E. Dora and she desires that hor maiden nnmo be restored. She also asks for $75 attorney teos and costs of court. The plaintiff states that thoro are joint property Interests which she desires de-sires protected against the action ot the defendant. The property consists of the Union Printing and Engraving plant in this city, valued at about $1.-500. $1.-500. It Is claimed by the plaintiff that the defendant intends to romove the plnnt from Ogden, She asks that Mr Teachman be restrained from do-lug do-lug so and thnt, when a final settlement settle-ment in the matter pending is had, that she be given her portion of tho property interests. |
