Show uu LESS DELAY IN LOCAL COURTS In tho sotting of cases in his division divi-sion of the district coiirt this morning, morn-ing, Judge Howell stated that, because be-cause of tho granting of motions for continuance, there had been tried so far in September only two cases and that the granting of such motions would have to be discontinued. Tho judge advised the attorneys tint, In the October settings, thoy would sae themselves and the court time by not asking for continuances, for, he said, .unless strong reasons were given why the court -should do otherwise, the cases on the calendar would be sot for hearing or dismissal.
