Six managers representing ten theaters were to answer an-swer in Judge Landis" court today to bo questioned regarding their connection connec-tion with ticket scalping concerns, particularly that of H. X. Waterfall, bankruptcy proceedings against which brought about tho Investigation. The men woro subpoenaed yesterday, Judge Landis having Indicated that he would question tho managers and, if it was shown that tho theaters havo profited by tho division of premiums pre-miums from, scalpers, they would be ordered to distribute tho monoy among the creditors of the corporations.
