Lloyd was arraigned in police court thi3 morning to answor J to the charge of BtealJng two suits of clothes and an overcoat valued at $30 from tho Pacific hotel about two necks ago. Lloyd pleade I guilty to tho chargo and as the county attorney said mora serious charges could bo brought against him if necessary the couit Imposed a sentence of 6 months in the county Jail. ' So far is is known this Is the first offense and as Lloyd was a young man the authorities were disposed to be lenient It is said that Lloyd is a dope fiend and it Is presumed that he Tas led to steal the clothes In order to get money to buy drugs.
