IS. -At the direction of Mayor Gaynor, a .meeting of the New York park commission board has been called to discuss with aeronautical aeronau-tical enthusiasts plans or the establishment estab-lishment of Isles of safety. It Is proposed pro-posed to arrange for at least six places where aviators flying across New York may find landing places in cases of emergencv. Claude Grahama-Whlte, Wilbur Wright, Hudson Maxim, A. Leo Stevens Ste-vens and officials of various aeronautical aeronau-tical societies will be present to urge the plan upon the city authorities.
