Harris has orderod that her mother, Mrs. Esther Ashton, act as guardian ad litem, the granting grant-ing of tho request making possible tho beginning of suit against Joseph Montgomery, alias Joseph Wilson. In her petition for a guardian Lil-He Lil-He Farroll stated that she Is only 17 years of age, but that on January 27, 1311, sho was Induced to marry Joseph Montgomery, who gavo his name at the tlmo of the issuance of the marriage license as Joseph Wilson, Wil-son, tho man. representing to her that ho was single and a suitable person for matrimonial relationship and that she was known as Lillie Wilson after tho marriage. Miss Farrell states that after tho marriage ceremony had been performed per-formed she undertook to bo a wife to Mr Wilson, but that sho soon discovered discov-ered that ho was not a fit person for the marriage relationship and also that he was a married man and that his name was Montgomery. Sho doclaros that the marriago was fraudulent In that Montgomery was not eligible to marriago and that ho fraudulently induced her to enter Into tho marriage contract Sho desired to begin legal proceedings against him, and not being of tho legal ago to sue, sought tho appointment of a guardian ad litem. Thoro was no hesitancy on the part of the court in appointing tho guardian guard-ian Suit against Montgomery, alias Wilson, will bo Instituted in the near future Tho petitioner avers that sho has suffered a physical ailment because be-cause of her marriage to Montgomery. |
