STATE INSURANCE FOR WISCONSIN Madison, Wis., July 7. Governor McGovern has signed a bill authorising authoris-ing thc state to engage in the annuity an-nuity and life insurance business after af-ter next yoar Thc business is to be carried on under the management of the state insurance commission and is to be conducted on the same lines as a mutual insurance corporation, but at an expense not to exceed $2 per $1,000 insurance. Premiums are to bo calculated according ac-cording to the American mortality table. Annuities are to range from $100 to $300 and life Insurance policies poli-cies from $500 to $3,000.
