Show JKJ ANSWER IN KUHN-OAVEHPORT KUHN-OAVEHPORT CASE In the case of Joseph Kuhn vs. J. E. Davenport et al the defendant has filed an answor declaring that the plaintiff is, and has been for some time past, of a disreputable character, charac-ter, so much so, that the defendant had ordered him out of his place and told him to keep out. The answer specifically spe-cifically states that the plaintiff has a bad reputation and Js known as a fighter and a creator of turmoil. The defendant states that on the night of the trouble complained of by the plaintiff, the plaintiff came to the place of business of the defendant, Davenport, and started a row, wheie-upon wheie-upon he was put out of the place and commanded not to return. oo |
