Ella Flagg Young, president of the National Na-tional Educational association, which begins its convention tomorrow night .with a banquet in her honor, arrived here today from Chicago in a special train filled with delegates. The Incoming In-coming visitors kept the local reception recep-tion committee of live hundred busy at the Ferry station and railroads from early until late. Features of the meeting will be the commercial exhibits ex-hibits by the school book and supply firms and by the educational bureau of the Philippines. The Island exhibit is In charge of G. N. Brings, superintendent superin-tendent of the Philippine normal school, and Is aimed to Instruct teachers teach-ers In the methods used there.
