Show uu KMS RAILROAD PLAN UNDERWAY Articles of Incorporation were completed com-pleted and signed for the Kamas Valley Val-ley Railroad company at a meeting of the citizens of Kamas and the farmers farm-ers and stockmen residing In the valley, held at Kamas Saturday night, $15,000 of the required initial fund of $50,000 being subscribed within a few minutes after tho meeting was called t to order. Boost meetings at which the projected pro-jected road was discussed were held at Peoa on Friday night and at Woodland Wood-land Saturday, and were well attended attend-ed by tho enthusiastic advocates of tho new road The articles of incorporation call for thirty-six miles of trackage, seventeen sev-enteen miles of which constitute that portion of the road which will ex-tond ex-tond from Wanshlp, on tlie Union Pacific, Pa-cific, to Woodland, in the southern end of Rhodes valloy. The remaining eighteen miles will bo from some point on tho Kamas Valley road to Park City. The company is Incorporated for ?2&0,000, $125,000 of which will he preferred stock. oo |
