Major General Wood, chief of staff of the army, will toll the house committee on military affairs tomorrow that he does not favor tho proposed bill changing tho term of enlistment from three to five years. General Wood is opposed to it because it would interfere in-terfere with his plan for the establishment estab-lishment of a reserve corps of trained soldiers.
