Davis, held here on tho charge of having robbed the postofflce at Logan Lo-gan last December and at Monarch, , Wyoming, in November last, came to a head today and the prisoner was ar- I ralgned before Judge W. Stewart, Stew-art, who decided that ho bad np Jurisdiction Juris-diction in the case, lit being one for tho foderal court, and the case was dismissed Davis will be hold hero for some time yot, pending an Indictment Indict-ment by the grand Jury, when ho and his accomplice, Glen Hendorson, who has confessed to tho crime, will be taken to Helena for trial. |
