But In a statement Issued here Mr. Bailey makes it clear that ho did not bind himself or attempt to bind anybody any-body else and that his connection with the ngreement ended with tho stato uicut that ho would not himself filibuster fili-buster against the tariff hoard bill. Ho went so far a8 to aay In open senate he would not filibuster against any measure unless tho interests of Ms constituents were jeopardized.
