It.has reached my ears repeatedly that the principal of our district schools takes advantage of his position as a teacher to expound his democratic Ideas to Die pupils." The Sentinkl looks upon the act of this teacher with alarm. The district schools thould be jealously gnarded fiom political influences of any and every kind. Tl,e teachers ontsido the school premises, has indlvidnal rights. Some of them are surrendered iu accepting ac-cepting a teacher's position in the pnplic schools. If the complaint of "X" be trne, the teacher should resign.
