Notice is hereby given by the city council of the Intention of snid council to make the following described improvement to wit: The extension ot water mains commencing com-mencing at a point on Main eireet atd mlining weet along- Fifth Norih street to E street West, estimated at a probable cost of one thousand, one hnuOred and ( w entv-live dollars .$1125). Thu cost thereof to le defrayed de-frayed by a local assessment upon the lots or pieces or ground within the following described de-scribed district. being the districtto be aib-cted or benefitted b said iiiiproveiin-ut, viz . All lots or parcels of land located on either side, of Fifth North sired, from Main to E street west. All protests and objection to the carrying out of such intention must be presented in writing to the citv receider on or before tbe seventh 71 day of March, A.
