McGarry, whose post office addresB is Salt Lake City, Utah, has made application ap-plication in accordance with the requirements re-quirements of the Compiled Laws of Utah, 1917, as amended bythe Session Ses-sion Laws of Utah, 1919 and 1925, to appropriate 6 c. f. s. of water from Underground flow of Beaver River in Beaver County, Utah. It is the intention in-tention of the applicant to sink wells to he located as follows: Well No. 1, S. 13 deg. 30 min. E. 955 ft. from the NW cor. of Sec. 8, T. 30 S., R. 9 W., Well No. 2, S. 13 deg. 0 min. E. 1125 ft. from said corner. Said water is to be pumped up and discharged dis-charged into the Beaver River from which it will be recovered at a point which bears S. 12 deg. W. 2510 ft. from the N cor. Sec. 2, T. SO S., R. 10 W., and conveyed in a canal a distance of 4S00 ft. and there used from March 1st to Nov. 3 0 of each year as supplemental supply for the irrigation of 6400 acres of land embraced em-braced in Sees. 5, 6, 7, 8, 17, 18, T. 29 S., R. 10 W., and Sees. 28, 29, 32 and 33, T. 28 S., R. 10 W., S. L. M. This application is designated in the State Engineer's Office as File No. 9956. All protests against the granting of said application, stating the reasons reas-ons therefor, must be by affidavit in duplicate, accompanied with a fee of SI. 00, and filed in this office within with-in thirty (30) days after the completion comple-tion of the publication of this notice.
