Show LOCALS and PERSONALS The many friends of Dr. Mark-ham Mark-ham will be sorry to learn that he is ill and has been confined to his home for several days. Mr. and Mrs. V. Boucher and sons, George and Billy Lee, of Miami, Fla., are spending several weeks here and are living at the Sloan apartments. Mrs. Dorothy Williams and daughter, daugh-ter, Miss Dorothy Williams, of Beaver were the guests of relatives here Sunday and attended the circus that evening. Mrs. Williams returned home Monday and Miss Dorothy remained re-mained until Wednesday afternoon with her cousin and wife, Mr. and Mrs. John Williams. Mrs. Fred Levi and daughter, Louise and Tom Campbell, spent Wednesday at Elsinore. Quite a number of the old employees em-ployees of the L. A. division unit, will meet in Salt Lake City Saturday Satur-day to organize an Old Timer's club on this unit. Frank Williams of Minersville, and Miss Lucy Pocock of Salt Lake, head nurse n the L. D. S. hospital, were married in the temple at Salt Lake on the 14th of July. They have been spendng their honeymoon at Black-foot, Black-foot, Idaho. They came to Minersville Miners-ville last week where they will make-their make-their home . Jo McKnight and wife of Salt Lake City, attended the funeral of George Marshall at Minersville Saturday. Mr. McKnight was one of the speakers. Mrs. Lidia Holway and daughter, Mrs. Edna Westover of Provo, are visiting her sister, Mrs. Geo. Marshal Mar-shal at Minersville. Mr. and Mrs. D. E. Kirk and family fami-ly and Mrs. Alva Kirk spent the 24th in the Minersville canyon. Warren Neilsen and Raymond Hodges of the Neilsen Garage at Beaver, were in town Thursday. Mr. and Mrs. Ezra Howe and daughter, Loudina, who have been here visiting their sister and husband Mr. and Mrs. Ralph Quayle and family, fami-ly, have returned to Salt Lake City. Mrs. LaMar Outzen will leave the last of this week for Cedar City where Mr. Outzen has a position with the Petterson's Drug Co. Mrs. L. G. Clay and children returned re-turned from Fillmore last Saturday, where they visited ten days with relatives. George Fernley and James Lang are up at Puffer's lake fishing this week. Sam Reveal has returned from Riverside, Cal., where he went to spend a few days with his family who are spending the summer there. Tommy Martin of Salt Lake City is here spending a few weeks with Mr. and Mrs. Charles Husbands on their ranch. George Campean is relief agent at the U. P. depot during the vacation of agent Davis.' Miss . Mary Lockhart of Logan, is here visiting her cousin, Miss Elma Hickman. Miss Margaret Egbert of Logan, is here visiting her cousins, Misses Estelle and Anna Nebeker. Mrs. Roy VanWormer has visiting her, a brother and sister, Max and Miss Matilda Renner from Crete, Nebraska. They all spent Monday at Puffers lake and were very much pleased with their first visit to the west. They came through from Nebraska in their car. C. Parsons and W. I. Bourne of Salt Lake City, were here yesterday selling goods to the merchants. Frank B. Taylor of Kansas City, was in Milford today. W. E. Nelsen of Denver; C. A. Poulson of Los Angeles; and George M. Daley of Salt Lake, were all here Tuesday. Wm. Wright of Los Angeles, was here Wednesday. Mr. and Mrs. Jas. Dearden, Lee I Dearden and Mr. Thomas S. Dearden I and daughters were here for the I circus. I Among the people who were here for the circus were Mr. and Mrs. I Fred Schumacher, Mr. and Mrs. C. , Christopherson, Mr. and Mrs. P. M. I Baker, Mr. and Mrs. D. C. Robinson, ; Mr. and Mrs. Guy Richardson, Mr. i and Mrs. Philip Baker, Mr. and Mrs. 'Isaac P. Robinson. The members of !' their families accompanied them. I I D. M.
