Mrs. Stanley Voorhees was hostess host-ess to the Neighborhood Bridge cub which met at her home Monday Mon-day night. Members attending were Mrs. Max Gillins, Mrs. William Voorhees, Voor-hees, Mrs. Ross Palmer, Mrs. W. Dawson, Mrs. William Morris. Guests of the club were Mrs. W. Ashworth, Mrs. LaVar Voorhees and Mrs. Eugene Kirk. ' Refreshments were served at 11 j o'clock at tables attractively decorated dec-orated with mixed fall 'flowers. Prize winners were Mrs. Dawson, points; Mrs. W. Voorhees, honors; Mrs. Morris, consolation, and Mrs. LaVar Voorhees, guest prize. Mr. and Mrs. George Dalton of Minersville had as their guests Mr. and Mrs. Delbert Mortenson and children of Los Angeles. Rex Marshall of Minersville was an honored guest at a canyon party Monday evening on his birth anniversary. anni-versary. Swimming was enjoyed, after which refreshments were served to 30 guests.
