Show NOTICE TO WATER USERS State Engineer's Office, Salt Lake City, Utah, June 8, 1935. Notice is hereby given that J H. Hanlon, Milford, Utah, has made application in accordanct with the laws of Utah to appropriate approp-riate 1.0 sec. ft. of underground water in Beaver County, Utah Said water will be pumped intermittently inter-mittently from March 1 to Octobet 31 inclusive of each year from a well located at a point which bears N. 45 ft. and W. 876 ft. from the S& cor. Sec. 29, T. 28 S., R. 10 W., S. L. B. & M. and used to irrigate ir-rigate 40 acres of land embraced in the SESWV4 of Sec. 29, T. 28 S., R. 10 W-, S. L. B. & M. As much water as is necessary will be pumped and used during each entire year for incidental culinary and stock watering purposes. This application is designated j in the State Engineer's Office as File No. 11742. All protests against the granting of said application, stating the reasons therefor, shall be submitted in affidavit form and in duplicate I accompanied by a fee of $1.00 and filed in this office within 30 days after the completion of the publi-! publi-! cation of this notice.
