Buchanan of Glendale, Calif., were all here this week looking into their bee interests iin Beaver county. Short visit A. C. Ryan of Salt Lake city stopped stop-ped over in Milford Saturday enroute to his ranch near Garrison. From Salt Lake Mrs. C. M. Wing and Mrs. H. W. Morris of Salt Lake spent the week end here with their husbands. Business visitor S. D. Jenkins of Salt Lake city spent a few days in Milford this week attending to business. From Black rock Walter James and J. H. Peterson of Black Rock were here Monday and Tuesday on business. From Provo John Bullock and H. Anderson of Provo are here for a week's visit. Red Cross business L. E. Algeo, W. O. Moody and H. J. Fos representing the Red Crown were in Milford Monday and Tuesday. Medical treatment Ray E. Rhodes of Kelso, Calif, brought his wife to Milford for medical medi-cal treatment. From Denver 'C. D. Turner, Rusell Williams and Geo. M. Daggett of Denver, Colo, are here for a several days' visit. Return home Mr. and Mrs. A. B. Mcintosh who have been visiting in. Salt Lake City returned last week bringing with them Mrs. Mcintosh's mother, Mrs. Kirkman. From Richfield E. B. Ramsey and M. S. Ramsey of Richfield are here on business connected connect-ed with the Telluride Power Co. Visit relatives Mr. and Mrs. Leo McVay left last week for Xecataur, Kansas to visit Mr. McVay's relatives. In shopping Mrs. A. O. Hardy of Minersville spent Saturday here shopping and visiting. From Frisco Mr. and Mrs. K. G. Link made a business trip in from Frisco Saturday. New baby Mrs. Les Farnum gave birth to a baby girl in Salt Lake City several weeks ago. Ill at home Mrs. J. W. Kirk is ill with rheumatism rheuma-tism and has been confined to her bed for several days. From Minersville LaVar Isacson, High school teacher at Minersville, was in town Saturday attending to business. Moves to Salt Lake R. C. Dugdali of Frisco has moved to Salt Lake City where he will make his home. From Minersville Mrs. L. W. Blackburn drove in from Minersville Monday to atten to business busi-ness in town. Reported ill Miss Arley Almy book-keeper at the J. C. Penney store was confined to her home Tuesday on account of illness. In for supplies South Milford people who drove into in-to town Saturday to get supplies were: F. W. Gospill, W. W. Cook, Mr. and Mrs. Horace Palmer, Jim Mas-tros, Mas-tros, Ben Thompson and Fred O'Leary. Reported better Mrs. F. L. Osborne is recovering from a severe attack of influenza which confined her to her bed sevesal days last week. Visits brother Doctor Kohler left for Salt Lake City Tuesday to visit with his brother Walter Kohler who is leaving on a Mormon mission to Germany soon. Leave Milford Mr. and Mrs. V. Wells and Mrs. Wells' mother Mrs. Bearce have moved mov-ed from Milford to make their home in Salt Lake City. To Caliente Alice M. Romick left last week for Caliente where she will make her home. Week end visit Mrs. J. S. Killam accompanied by her daughter, Virgie, made a week end trip to Salt Lake City. Attend stock show Eldon Cates and Doctor Addison Bybee left Monday to attend the Og-den Og-den live stock show. To school Betty and Dorothy Murdock left Sunday night for San Francisco where Betty will attend business college col-lege and Dorothy, art school. They are planning on stopping off at Los Angeles for a few clays visit with Mrs. J. Ross Clark. To Caliente Mrs. W. T. Merely left this week for Caliente where she will join her husband and make her home. |
