Show NOTICE TO PROPERTY OWNERS Notice is hereby given that the assessment as-sessment of a tax is about to be levied by the Board of Trustees of Milford, Utah, upon the following property: Lots 5, 6, 7 and 8 of Block 6; Lots 1, 2, 3, and 4 of Block 7; Lots 1, 3 and 4 of Block 8; Lots 5, 6, 7 and 8 of Block 9; Lots 1, 2, 3 and 4 of, Block 10; Lots 1, 2, 3, 4 and 5 of-Block of-Block 11; Lots 1, 2, 3 and 4 of Block 12; and Lot 1 and the northerly Vt of Lot 2 of Block 13; all in Amended Plat B, Milford Townsite Survey, for the purpose of paving, grading, curbing curb-ing and guttering Main Street from the south line of 2nd Avenue to a point 85 feet south of the south line of 5th Avenue, according to plans, profiles and specifications on file ii the office of the Town Engineer; in Paving District No. 1; That the Board of Equalization and Review, as appointed by the Board of Trustees, will meet at the office of the Town Clerk, on Friday, Saturday and Monday, August 10, 11th and 13th, between the hours 2 P. M. and 3 P. M. and will hear and consider any, objections and make such corrections' of any proposed tax which said Board may consider unequal or unjust; That during the said time between the hours of 9 a. m. and 5 p. m. said list will be open to public inspection at the office of the Town Clerk of Milford, Utah.
