That applies not only to the real estate market but to business generally. There will be considerable building activity during the ensuing months and since much of the overproduction in building has been consumed, I believe that will help conditions materially. With interest rates reduced, construction can go forward on a more profitable stale. The return of thousands of employees to work is another factor that will hasten the come-back of prosperity. Nor do 1 think the come-back will be a slow process. On the contrary, con-trary, 1 think the depression already is over, the recovery has been made, and good business activity will be more rapid than most people anticipate. antici-pate.
